Get out of there cat.  That is a dish rack, it is used for drying dishes.  You should not be in there one you are not a dis you are a cat and two you are not wet because you are a cat and do not like water.  Therefore you do not need to be dried.  You’re not even supposed to on the counter cat what do you think you are doing.
